Exercise therapy is defined as a physical activity regimen or technique that is scheduled and administered to help patients to recover from diseases and any disorders that impair their movement and activity in their daily lives or maintain a well-being state through neuro re-education, gait training, and therapy.

Exercise therapy is a treatment method, aimed at reducing, treating and avoiding complaints caused by incorrect posture and/or movement patterns, sometimes caused by a birth defect.

Exercise unit include – should wheel, pulleys, finger ladder, ankle exerciser, balance board, dumbells, weight cuff, hand gripper, quads table .
